Submission Process

Academic papers must be submitted through the journal’s OJS system. The submission process requires the delivery of two documents:

(a) A file intended for peer review, in Word format or similar, which must not contain any identifying authorship information.
(b) A cover letter in PDF format, signed by all authors, which must include:

Complete author information: Full name, Main institutional affiliation and, when applicable, Faculty, Unit or Department, City and country, Contact email, Academic position or degree, ORCID iD.

Manuscript information: Title of the paper, Abstract, Keywords, Thematic area and section to which it is submitted, Statement of originality, Total word count of the manuscript (excluding references).

Ethical and editorial statements:

Declaration of originality and unpublished nature: affirm that the manuscript has not been previously published and is not under review by another journal.

Authorship contribution (CRediT Taxonomy): each author must indicate only the roles in which they participated (completing all categories is not required):

3.    Formal analysis: (Author’s name)

4.    Funding acquisition: (Author’s name)

5.    Investigation: (Author’s name)

6.    Methodology: (Author’s name)

10.    Supervision: (Author’s name)

11.    Validation: (Author’s name)

• Consent statement: indicate that all contributors approve the submitted version and authorize its submission.

Conflict of interest declaration: indicate whether any exist.

Confirmation of compliance with guidelines:

• Affirm that the paper adheres to the journal’s guidelines (format, style, references, etc.).
• Confirm that the file intended for peer review has been correctly prepared (without identifying information).
